Fan Casting Marcus Cross in David S. Goyer's Green Arrow: Escape from Super Max

A corporate raider in his sixties, Marcus Cross is the man who wants to destroy Oliver Queen with ice-cold menace. He frames him for murder, bribes the judge, and tries to steal Queen Industries.
