A bank robber with the power to freeze water and encase himself in ice, Cameron Mahkent was captured by Green Arrow years ago. Now he sits in Supermax, his cell kept at impossibly high temperatures to suppress his powers. He hates Queen. But he hates prison more. He joins the escape as a grudging ally, freezing walls, forming ice shards, and carrying the team across Antarctica. His final scene asks: "Maybe there's actually some good in you."
