In a scenario where trust in heroes has been shaken, S.H.I.E.L.D. is dissolved and replaced by the ruthless H.A.M.M.E.R., led by Osborn. Under the guise of protecting humanity, he assumes total control of global security and inaugurates a new era: a reign of fear, manipulation, and propaganda. To maintain the illusion of order, Osborn creates his own Avengers — but behind the iconic uniforms are assassins, psychopaths, and opportunists. Former villains begin to wear the symbols of Earth's greatest heroes, while the public, blinded by the official narrative, celebrates them as saviors. At the same time, in the shadows, a secret elite — the Cabal — conspires to shape the world according to its own interests, bringing together dangerous figures like Doctor Doom and Loki. Alliances are fragile, betrayals are inevitable, and each political move brings the planet closer to a silent collapse.
