1. It's more explicit that the Incident is the Battle of Earth from Avengers 1 and we still see the fallout from it 6 months later. 2. Since Marvel Studios owns all of their characters in this universe, Ben Urich would be working at the Daily Bugle with J. Jonah Jameson replacing Mitchell Ellison (with small cameos of other Daily Bugle staff members). 3. Owlsey's appearance would look more similar to his comics look and his fate will be more open ended for him to show up later on getting his powers.
