A smug, sweaty, panic‑prone politician who worships the Cult of Good like a child with action figures, the Mayor believes safety is sexy and his wife is a fragile victim. He does not know that his wife is one of the Catwomen. He ends the film holding the Key to the City, waiting for a hero who will never come.
