Gyaos is a bat-like kaiju that first appeared in the 1967 Gamera film, Gamera vs. Gyaos. Gyaos is considered to be Gamera's arch-enemy, and has more film appearances than any of his other enemies. In the Showa series, Gyaos was Gamera's second foe, and emerged from an underground cave to feed on humanity.
The world has faced many threats, Invasions from other worlds, robots from space, kaiju that are from a rift in the sea, and Angels. But in the face of overwhelming catastrophe, heroes who face these threats separately must come together to stop it.
