On prom day, Jonathan Stalbaum is about to graduate from Shadyhill High School and head off to college. But his rival, Clark Lester, poses as the Killer Clown, dressed in a prom suit, attempts to murder teenagers at the prom, stalks her, and wants her to be with him.
