Brian Shaw is an American retired professional strongman who is widely regarded as one of the greatest strength athletes of all time. He won the 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016 World's Strongest Man, making him one of only five men to win the World's Strongest Man four times or more.
A team of scientists lead an expedition into the Amazon rainforest upon discovering fossil remains of a new species of a creature that resembles a humanoid fish. Finding that their camp was wrecked, they decide to search in the Amazon's Black Lagoon. Unknown to them, the creature of their search lives in the Black Lagoon and is stalking the team upon their arrival.
