Zoë Carroll Chao (born September 19, 1985) is an American television and stage actress and screenwriter, principally known for her role as Isobel in Strangers, and Zoe in The Afterparty.
After the events of Peacemaker Season 2, Rick Flag is in trouble for causing the deaths of multiple ARGUS agents. So Flag is forced to use the new Task Force-M to further investigate the other dimensional doors in the Quantum Unfolding Storage Area.
