Courtney Armstrong, a high school student secretly working as a spy, is assigned to Paris, France with her partner and boyfriend Clyde Browne, but has found her true calling: being a spy. In her personal notebook, she records suspicious activity and writes down her observations about almost everyone she meets. It seems harmless, until one day someone finds the notebook and reveals Courtney's critical thoughts about her colleagues. Suddenly, even her closest friends turn against her and Courtney is determined to get revenge.
