Corpse In The Rain
The Legends Of Sammi Timson
Ten years ago, the tranquil "Black Woods" was the site of an unspeakable atrocity. A group of friends, driven by fanaticism and fueled by alcohol, committed a ritualistic murder against Sammi Timson, believing they had buried her and their secrets forever. The film opens in a rain-drenched present day. The woods are darker, and a sense of unnatural dread hangs in the humid air. The setting is critical—it’s not just a backdrop, but an oppressive, brutalist environment that traps its characters.A powerful, elemental storm brews, and when lightning strikes the site of her shallow grave, the legend is reborn. But this is not a silent, mindless zombie. This is Sammi Timson: an imposing, athletic 6'1" powerhouse (Item 1). Driven by a burning, justifiable rage, she seeks not just survival, but an existential reckoning.
