When an epidemic wipes out all the cats and dogs on the planet, humans decide to use the monkeys as pets. In order to turn them into servants, a center is created to tame them through the use of violence and electroshock. Caesar, a secretly raised ape and the son of two talking apes, starts a revolution to end the subjugation of apes by humans.
