1957 - Russia unleashes Sputnik into outer space, and the Space Race begins. Russia begins to experience a series of strange, otherworldly signals not long after. Little does the Earth know, those signals indicate the arrival of Colonel Bleep, interplanetary intelligence agent for the planet Futura. Colonel Bleep has been sent to investigate the latest evil plans of his escaped archenemy, Dr. Destructo, who plans on setting off a doomsday bomb stronger than the previous atomic bombs combined, which can kill the entire universe. Nebula, now an up-and-coming military officer for the Galaction Protection Agency, Colonel Bleep dedicates his time on Earth to protect it, as the past, the present, and the future learn to come together to stop Dr. Destructo.
