Fan Casting

This is build upon the concept of the unmade G I Joe movie ....my take anyways ...this is a sort of sequel to G I Joe 2 : Retaliation ....so the movie revolves around Cobra Commander prior to him becoming a Mad Scientist and then becoming the infamous Terrorist known as Cobra Commander ....here we see his personal life as a relunctant US marine thrusted in position by his father , later getting rejected by a hooter Secretary ...his jealousy of Duke and his ambition , later to the surgery following his " accident " his time as the Doctor working undercover and gathering intels ...to his present state as a viguitive on the run from Roadblock , but when cornored he allies with a wanabe Terrorist Lady Serpent , however his plans still fail ... know cornored throws at Roadblock a phylosophical quote about morality if his death would be the end or it will inspire another evil to be born ....
