In it Cleo is required before the kidnapping of two agents - inclusive one childhood friend of hers - who were captured in the Far East. Upon making contact with her people there, she learns that they were kidnapped by Bianca J. (aka Lady Dragon), the largest drug trafficker in Asia who hopes to flood the United States with her synthetic drug and whose facade is a luxurious Hotel-Casino, where she herself lives lustfully in the upper floors. Cleo realizes that the ransom will not be enough. To eradicate the problem, she must destroy the ambitious, arrogant and perverted Dragon Lady and her empire of crime and depravity
