Summer 1997 Ethan, a young man living in a town in Milwaukee where the police no longer exist, meets a girl, Millie, who is being chased by drug dealers and the owner of a brothel. They take her home and begin a lonely but warm summer in the city while remaining on their guard. This movie is based on the Roblox Game with the same name.
