Basil Karlo has loved film since he first watched The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari as a young boy. Now, he has grown up to become an actor. He slowly gains popularity due to his good looks and impeccable acting ability. Despite getting offers for many high brow films, he consistently chooses B-list horror films in the hopes to inspire a new generation of actors, much like how he was inspired as a young boy. He ultimately stars in his magnum opus, A Night in Horror Castle, which truly launches his career as well as the industry seeing horror films in a new light. After a string of successful films, he slowly starts to die out in popularity. With this, he takes any low brow film he can find, even starring in pornographic films. He soon learns that the film that was his opus is getting remade, without him as the star. He begins to spiral out of control and into a realm of insanity. So much so, he realizes that he must get revenge on the people who have done this to him... A 'Joker' style villain story.
