TT's obsession with Seven grows worse, leading Lana to seek outside help when he decides to join Cerberus. Vasily captures Jordan and finds out Aleksander has made a deal with the Cerberus to destroy him, leading him to prepare his troops for another visit to the States. Mr. Chang is revealed to be (Dragon)Lord Kebun, the progenitor of the Dragonborn race, who desires to steal the remainders of Olly's powers, and who has, for this purpose, used the powers of "The Witch of Ao Kuang" to awaken the dormant Dragonborn across the world. Though there aren't a lot of them, Olly still struggles and it is brought into question if he will be able to stop Kebun, even with the help of (some of) the L.A.P.D. and his new assistant Ved. Boba and Riley, meanwhile, are trying to steal money from Cerberus and run away, but are caught in an internal power struggle between Riley's two bosses, Lang and Nancy, which gets worse once Aleksander and Peter start to get involved. TT and Seven are dispatched to Russia, much to Lana's horror, but Matthew offers her a solution. Conan is torn between his loyalty to Bobby and love for Lin, which makes Olivia furious, especially after Theo's surprising death at Kebun's hand. Tracy figures out the Dragonborn could potentially be turned against Kebun, which ends up being the last hope for victory, and the season culminates in a battle against the Dragonlord and his minions. Far from this, Raja is struggling to evade the Cerberus' forces and ends up captured.
