Jack is the captain now, his place was given to a young lieutenant named Tommy, Jordan has asked for a demotion to work closer to Kimmy, and Damien has left the police and started drowning his sorrow in alcohol, still blaming himself for what happened. Nevertheless, he is soon brought back into action by a woman named Fiona, an assassin who used to work for an international criminal organization, but has betrayed them. Damien agrees to join her war against the organization and their "Supreme Leader", but questions his decision when she reveals who consists the last third of their team. Despite everything, Damien embarks on a quest to stop The Supreme Leader and redeem himself in his own eyes. Throughout the first phase of this war, he and his allies will have to face a few familiar faces, most of whom were thought to be dead, but are now back and upgraded with new weapons and abilities.
