Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Set in the summertime, the film revolves around Chuck, Mish, and UD, as their summertime plans are thwarted by Cedar Hills criminal Joshua Reubens, who wreaks havoc throughout the city.
