Fan Casting Wilbur Rice in Charlie and the Fantastical Chocolate Factory

A annoying and humerous kid from Spain and the eight winner of the contest. Wilbur loves playing pranks on people, but he plays very mean ones that aren't very funny and are rather hurtful to many. It doesn't help that his mother enables his behaviour and when he enters the tour with the other kids, it's gonna be a very bad time for them having to deal with this prankster.
