Fan Casting Derrick Thompson in Chargeshock Thompson & the Justice Avengers

Derrick Thompson, sometimes known as Officer Thompson, is Jake's kind-hearted but strict father and also one of the supporting characters in the show. He is a tall, slim man with black to grayish black hair, black eyes and wears black jeans, and a white shirt under the police gear (which he wears at work). He is described as confident in what he is doing for New York and his son and although he is usually serious, and has high expectations of Jake, he cares deeply for his family. He is known for setting Jake's schedule, which includes several extracurricular activities such as wind sprints and guitar practice. In the end, he decides to loosen his grip and take it easy.
