Cut Man is a character from Mega Man. He is one of the original Robot Masters that Doctor Light created to help humanity, until Doctor Wily reprogrammed him to destroy. Doctor Wily was later defeated and the Robot Masters were restored. Cut Man was built to be a lumbering robot.
