Jin Kisaragi (ジン＝キサラギ), also known as the Hero of Ikaruga (イカルガの英雄 Ikaruga no Eiyū), is a member of the 4th Magic Division, and Ragna and Saya’s brother. He is a playable character in the BlazBlue series.
