A legendary military hero, Fisher is a splinter cell agent that is seen on dangerous missions to stop terrorist threats. He also appears as a supporting character in the down-loadable content of Ghost Recon: Wildlands and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, and a playable operative and Rainbow Six: Siege expansion, Operation Shadow Legacy.
