Mr Jolly was a character in Playdays, who appeared on the Roundabout Stop. He was the operator of Rosie the Roundabout, and true to his name, had a jolly and friendly personality. He wore a black hat with coloured shapes, a bright shirt and waistcoat with numbers and shapes, and dark trousers with large colourful patches.
