Roz is a supporting character in Disney•Pixar's 2001 animated film Monsters, Inc. and a minor character in its 2013 prequel. She is a grouchy slug-like monster with a perpetual frown who works at Monsters, Inc.. Roz is also the leader of the Child Detection Agency, and is given the name Number 1 (001).
