Lana, sometimes referred to as 'Nail Lady'—a nickname she despises—has been running her salon in Dress To Impress, which has been a popular runway agency for the past five years. She debuted when the game was first released. In the April 20th, 2024 update, she eventually got replaced by her doppelgänger who would serve as the primary antagonist in the ARG.
