Semyon "Simon" Brezhnev (サイモン・ブレジネフ, Simon Brezhnev, Russian: Семён Брежнев) is a member of the Dollars and one of the owners of Russia Sushi along with his old friend Denis. He is known as one of the strongest men in Ikebukuro. According to Izaya Orihara, if it was just a fist fight, Simon would be the strongest, although Shizuo Heiwajima is the strongest if "anything goes."
