Vance Astrovik is the present-day Prime Universe counterpart to legendary Guardian of the Galaxy Major Victory. His powers activated by a failed attempt to change the past by his time-traveling future self, he became a hero of his own and a founding member of the New Warriors first as Marvel Boy and then under the new name Justice.
