Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine was a supporting character and later enemy of Nick Fury. She was a Soviet sleeper agent who joined S.H.I.E.L.D., but later joined HYDRA, as Madame Hydra, before joining Leviathan.
So basically this is gonna be sorting fictional characters into groups/teams/associations of any sort they were apart of during their respective canon. Make sure to clarify for teams with multiple incarnations in different media which one you’re talking about.
