The entire team charged toward the final battle to face off against Metal Sonic Kai and fight for their lives. Each of them realized that doing it alone would kill them. But when they fought him together, they were unstoppable. Once they finally beat him, each of them hid the Chaos Rings across the island, and sent Metal Sonic (back to his old self) down into the depths as the Isolated Island sank down to the ocean floor. Vector asks Mighty and Ray if they want a job. They accepted. And so, Knuckles returned to Angel Island, having made more new friends in Mobius' most trustworthy and powerful team of detectives: the Chaotix!
