Phil Morris (born April 4, 1959) is an American actor. He played Jackie Chiles on Seinfeld, John Jones on The CW series Smallville and Silas Stone in Doom Patrol. He also voiced Doc Saturday on The Secret Saturdays and Dr. Joshua Strongbear Sweet in Atlantis: The Lost Empire and related media.
If anything were to happen to the Avengers, Vision, Iron Man, Hank Pym, Captain Marvel(Carol), Captain America's(Steve & Sam) and Hawkeye created the New Avengers initiative. When that day came, fifteen young heroes would answer the call. They maybe young and in over there heads, but these are heroes who will rise to the challenge.
