France, 60s. After a series of failed a temps, the French Secret Service penetrated and thwarted all OAS (Organisation de l´Armee Secret, Organization of the Secret Army in English) plots to kill the presdient Charles de Gaulle, finally, they decide to hire a mercenary to kill De Gaulle.
