Cameron Johnson is a supporting character in the psychological drama television series. Cameron appears in four seasons of the show, starting with season 2. In season 2, he's introduced as Alex's 18-year-old ex-boyfriend from rehab who starts attending his school and starts accidentally getting in between Alex and Ethan's relationship. In seasons 3-4, he's a 22-year-old clean male stripper working for Garrett Carver at The Sexy Shine strip club to help pay his bills along with cashier job at McDonald's. In the fifth and final season, he's a 26-year-old actor trying to get by doing adult films while living with Alex as they get back together.
