Character Description

Anton and Ivan stole and mutated a monkey to help them commit their crimes for Shredder. After the duo are mutated and consequently arrested, the Monkey is legft and fully mutated into a genius ape who can speak and is very capable of being one of the most nefarious criminals in the city.
