It became the second-highest-grossing film of 2024, grossing $546 million worldwide, and received positive reviews from critics, who praised its visual effects, direction, screenplay, action sequences, musical score, Chamelet, Bell, Rush, and Isaac's performances, themes, and faithfulness to the first film.
