Roman Kemp is an American–born British television and radio presenter. Born in Los Angeles to musicians Martin Kemp and Shirlie Holliman. He is best known for hosting Capital Breakfast on Capital FM from 2017 to 2024 and became a regular presenter for The One Show on BBC One in 2022. He co-hosted the 2024 BRIT Awards on ITV. In 2025 he competed on Celebrity Race Across the World with his older sister, Harleymoon Kemp.
