Ridiculed by her fellow agents, the furless Sphynx cat, Ivana Clawyu, a former cat operative who now goes by the name of Kitty Galore, turns rogue and swears revenge, following a freak accident with disastrous consequences. Now, to make both cats and dogs pay dearly for what they have done, megalomaniac Kitty concocts an evil plan for world domination, unbeknownst to her that Red, the brave brown-reddish Dachshund, has formed an unlikely alliance with the head of all cats to stop her including the new recruit Hudson Horstachio the former dim-witted, lower intelligent, self-obsessed, lazy, accidnental-probe, unhinged joy, arrogant, funny, stupid, disobedient, showbiz famous celebrity Boxer and the fearless, fair, brave and true Chartreux named Snow White. But, once more, time is running out. Can the united spy-cats and dogs thwart the sinister plans of the bald feline dictator and save the planet?
