The arch enemy of Perry the Platypus. Heinz Doofenshmirtz has lots of childhood trauma to fuel his evil schemes and "intators". All though he's enemies with Perry, the two can get along from time to time. He prides himself on his "evilness", all though he usually does things out of pettiness or just general nativity. He is also very strange; an example is one time where he recreated an older invention and used it again, thinking that it failed because he never gave it the "intator" suffix. It didn't work the second time.
