Phenomaman is an alien superhero in Dispatch. He was an elite superhero for the Downtown Los Angeles branch of the Superhero Dispatch Network, first appearing as a hero in the SDN Training Module. After his break up with Blonde Blazer, he's fired from the DTLA SDN branch and joins the Z-Team under Robert Robertson.
