Skulker is one of the main antagonists of Danny Phantom. He is a hunter who prides himself on successfully hunting rare and unique creatures. His true form is a small bipedal blob-like ghost; his mechanical appearance is actually a battlesuit of his own design, packed with various weapons and capture devices. His voice when not in the suit is much higher pitched and subsequently not as intimidating
