Miss Bianca is the female protagonist of Disney's 1977 animated feature film, The Rescuers and its 1990 sequel. She works as the Hungarian ambassador for the Rescue Aid Society in New York City and is the partner, love interest, and eventual wife of Bernard.
Miss Bianca supports a new proposal for cartoons to work together, but her rival, Mrs. Brisby, is against it. So they fight against each other, forcing cartoons to take sides.
