A super rich businessman who wants to hunt down and capture the Care Bears for a scheme to become richer and more powerful that somehow involves opening a portal in the sky to Care-a-Lot. He doesn’t care about anyone because of a flimsy backstory about being let down by his dad once in a way that is hardly an excuse for his cruelty, but that’s mediocre writing for you.
