While Captain Marvel and the Nova Corps try to fix their ship, Starforce finds them. Korath and Shatterax would lead a team of Kree soldiers to attack the heroes. Photon, Nova, and Woo are able to help Captain Marvel and the Nova Corps as they repair the ship. Carol gives Woo her Avengers Identicard (yes I wanna bring those in for the fic) and tells him to activate Avengers Tower’s defense system. Photon is about to go with Woo, until she learns that her new powers could repair the ship’s warp system so Nova volunteers to go in the tower and protect Woo. Inside Woo manages to use Carol’s Identicard to activate the Tower’s defenses (an early version of the Iron Legion), however Shatterax tracks them down and severely injures Woo, an enraged Nova now begins to fight against the Kree Cyborg, however he taunts the boy for not knowing the full extent of his powers.
