The thirteenth film in my MCU Reimagined Idea (see: https://www.mycast.io/stories/the-mcu-reimagined-2008-present), a project that reimagines the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a setting where it's more consistent and Marvel Studios had the rights to all their characters from the start.
The Plot remains relatively the same: While on a mission for SHIELD, Captain America learns that the organization has been infiltrated. Now branded a a fugitive, Captain America must unravel the conspiracy of who's compromised SHIELD while facing off against a mysterious assassin known as The Winter Soldier
