S.H.I.E.L.D. has been rebuilt. Hydra returns with a familiar foe from World War 2 with an evil plan to start World War 3. Steve Rogers, the Super-Soldier known as Captain America and leader of the Avengers, must foil Hydra’s plans with the help from his friends. They will run into another familiar face.
