After having have been thought to have died during WWII, Bucky Barnes was actually abducted by the Soviets and trained to be “the Winter Soldier”, he was Instructed by Hydra to bring down Shield, but Bucky’s old friend Steve Rogers is Captain America, so he must struggle between siding with Bucky or His Country.
