Captain America must face the leaders of HYDRA, Baron Von Strucker and Viper, and a hired team of enforcers, the Serpent Society. Captain America gets help from Falcon, Demolition Man, and a former member of the Serpent Society, Diamondback, to stop them from unleashing a mutagen that turns people into reptile creatures.
