Alison Brie Schermerhorn (born December 29, 1982) is an American actress, writer, and producer. She received recognition for her starring roles as Trudy Campbell in the drama series Mad Men (2007–2015), Annie Edison in the comedy series Community (2009–2015), Diane Nguyen in the animated comedy series BoJack Horseman (2014–2020), and as Ruth Wilder in the comedy-drama series GLOW (2017–2019), for which she received nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Award and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy. A year after Loki's attack on New York, Steve Rogers is struggling to adapt to modern society and works for S.H.I.E.L.D. in Washington D.C. He befriends fellow agent Sam Wilson and trains at the Triskelion. Rogers, Black Widow, and Hawkeye are sent on a mission to retrieve stolen S.H.I.E.L.D. tech from terrorists in Germany. During the mission, Rogers discovers that Black Widow has a secret agenda for Fury, leading to distrust. Meanwhile, HYDRA mercenary Baron Helmut Zemo, seeking revenge on Captain America, allies with Arnim Zola to take down Rogers, believing the super soldier serum can cure his Virus X condition. Zemo leaks damaging information about Dr. Erskine, the creator of the serum, causing public distrust in Rogers. As Zemo's attacks intensify, he injures Fury and Hill, pushing Rogers to confront his past and his role in the present. Steve learns that Erskine collaborated with Zemo's father for the serum, further shaking his trust in S.H.I.E.L.D. Despite the revelations, Steve fights Zemo, reaffirming his commitment to protect and fight for the ideals of justice and truth. After defeating Zemo and exposing his plan, Steve regains his status as a hero. He continues his work with S.H.I.E.L.D., now with a clearer understanding of his mission and a stronger bond with his teammates. Rogers visits Peggy Carter, who expresses her pride in him, reaffirming his resolve to remain true to his values.
